Will anyone be able to tell what is in the box?
The outer packaging is plain and the label is neutral — no brand name, no product name, and nothing describing the contents.
I have never used anything like this. Is it really beginner-friendly?
That is the whole brief. One button, and level one is deliberately the mildest setting in the range, so the first go is a small experiment rather than a leap.
Can I take it in the shower?
Yes — Len is waterproof end to end. Cleaning is a rinse under the tap with a little mild soap. Dry it off before it goes back on the charger.
How long does the battery last?
Around 120 minutes of use from a 90-minute charge, over the magnetic USB-C cable that comes in the box.
What if it is not for me after all?
Unopened and back with us inside 30 days, still in its sealed packaging, and you get a full refund. Everything carries a 12-month warranty against defects either way.

Is Len external only?
Yes. Len is an external, clitoral device. If you are after internal or G-spot stimulation, this is not the one — and we would rather say so here than have you find out after it arrives.
